Psychoanalysis
What is it?
In psychoanalysis you are invited to speak freely about anything you want; relationships, difficult experiences in the past, fantasies and your deepest fears.
Psychoanalysis focuses on the unconscious that makes the individual spiral onto patterns of repetition that can make their life difficult to bear. Thanks to the analyst’s attentive listening and interventions, the person can discover some meaning and logic to understand the operations behind the individual’s thought process and behaviours.
You are offered a space to engage with complex emotions and thoughts, which are often difficult to express elsewhere. Rather than one ready made piece of advice or direction, the analytic experience is an opportunity to better comprehend
the causes of one’s suffering, enabling the person to find their own answers, solutions and ways out, re covering in this way a new taste for life.
